2. Non-Custodial Responsibility
Exodus provides non-custodial wallet software. You retain exclusive ownership and responsibility for your secret 12-word recovery phrase, private keys, and passwords. Exodus cannot recover lost seed phrases or reverse transactions.
3. Cryptocurrency Risk Warning
Blockchain network transactions are irreversible and subject to gas price volatility. You assume full risk for all transfers, token swaps, and wallet actions executed through the interface.
